Warranty
Tactical HID warranties their flashlights for 3 month’s from the purchase date. Tactical HID’s very own Rogue T-26 (26W) HID flashlight is under warranty for 1 year.
The warranty that Tactical HID provides covers manufacturer defects on the following parts: charger, ballast, switch, driver / circuitry. This warranty does not cover accidents due to submersing the light in water, dropping the light, or damaging parts while disassembling the light. In the event that one of the above parts fails, we will either ask you to ship the complete light, or will supply you with the appropriate part and detailed instructions on how to replace the defective part. The buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping both ways.
Defective parts are extremely rare, as these lights are manufactured to the highest quality standards, and go through a double quality control testing. The lights are tested at the factory before leaving, and then tested prior to shipping the flashlight from our warehouse in California. HID bulbs are rated at 3000 hours of use, our lithium-ion batteries are rated at 500-1000 cycles. With proper care our quality lights will last years!
If the light is damaged due to improper handling, or fails to operate properly after the warranty period is over, we will still arrange repair / replacement at the buyers expense.
For exchange services requested after 30 days from the date of purchase, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and will be liable for any applicable costs.
